The Finger Lakes Law Enforcement Academy held a badge pinning ceremony today in Geneva, New York. During the event, Officer Francesca Clements and Officer Brandon Vanacore were officially pinned by Chief Eveland. The ceremony marked their transition into the next phase of training. They will begin their field training in the coming days.
