**Winter Weather Advisory in Effect for Parts of New York and Pennsylvania**
The National Weather Service in Binghamton, NY, has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for multiple counties in New York and Pennsylvania, effective as of February 2 at 1:45 PM EST. The advisory will remain in place until February 3 at 5:00 AM EST.
